Rules For The Wrestling/Practice Room

Our goal is to provide your youth with a safe practice environment where they can have fun and learn about the sport of wrestling. However, we ask that the participants respect the coaches and the time they are dedicating to the program by:

• Being on time to practices.
• Respecting your team members, coaches, USA wrestling rules/regulations, and the practice room.
• No "open mat" bouts unless directed by a coach.

We incourage parents to watch practices, but unless you are certifed as a coach by USA Wrestling, we respectully ask you to refrain from coaching during both practices and tournaments.
