Lake Travis Youth Wrestling Registration
The cost to register is $130 and includes your child\'s USA membership card. USA Wrestling requires every child to be registered prior to participtation due to insurance regulations.
Therefore, please download and fill-out the below forms, include a copy of your child\'s birth certificate, and mail all with check for $130. (made out to: Lake Travis Youth Wrestling) to:
